Pastor Emeritus
Ronald Reagan
Bishop Ronald Reagan has been in full time ministry for 50 years, serving faithfully in the Church of God. Along with Elaine, his beloved wife of 59 years, Ronald has served and led others as both evangelist and pastor through various ministries here in the United States and abroad. Ronald’s passion and desire for local and world missions stem from a deep, burning love for all peoples and nations. This compassion and heart for others is truly a distinguishing characteristic of Ronald and Elaine’s mission-minded ministry.
Pastor Reagan attended The Church of God Theological Seminary and the Emmanuel Theological Seminary in Nashville, Tennessee, earning both his bachelor’s and master's degrees in theology. Throughout his call to ministry, Ronald’s devotion and love for people has been evident through his pastorship at five local churches in Blount County as well as his intentional, dedicated mentorship of young ministers.
Currently, Ronald is serving as Pastor Emeritus at The Meadow Church, where he previously pastored for fourteen years. Although he retired in 2018 from his full-time role as pastor there, Ronald’s heart for the harvest has not waned, and it will continue to grow and multiply The Meadow Church’s vision to reach a lost and dying world with the love of Jesus Christ.
